Refund Policy

Though we have a strict quality control in place, yet on rare occasions, a client might feel dissatisfied with his final processed academic paper. For such times, we have set up a Refund Policy, the details of which are explained below:

A. We refund our client’s payment if:

1. The order is delivered beyond the agreed date without his prior permission or without discussing a revised date with him
2. The essay prepared by us is plagiarized
3. The writer does not follow the client’s instructions and does not revise the paper to his satisfaction despite his repeated requests

A refund to the client will be made within five days of delivery. After our Quality Control Team verifies and finds the request legitimate, a refund will be made within 10 working days. The team’s decision is final and obligatory. The final refund amount will be made after a 10% processing fee is deducted.

B. We will make a partial refund if:

1. The refund is asked for within 12 hours of placing the order, a 20% deduction will be made.
2. The refund is asked for within 24 hours of placing the order, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
3. The refund is asked for within 36 hours of placing the order, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
4. The refund is asked for after 48 hours, no refund will be made.
